Ukraine Will Soon Receive Batch of PAC-3 Missiles From U.S. for its Patriot System

In the coming days, Ukraine will receive a shipment of PAC-3 missiles from the United States for the Patriot air defense missile system.

According to the president, agreements have also been reached with European partners regarding the supply of these missiles.

“This has been a productive summit for Ukraine. In the coming days, we will receive a shipment from the United States of America. I have also reached separate agreements with European partners. No dates have been set yet, but there will be additional PAC-3 missiles,” he said.

Zelensky added that regarding the production of Patriot systems, he and U.S. President Donald Trump had reached a positive decision, primarily at the political level.

“It is now very important that our technical teams, all our representatives from various ministries, and representatives of the executive branch begin working on this immediately, without delay, so that we can obtain the licenses as soon as possible and begin production in Ukraine,” he said.

Earlier, on July 8, it was reported that U.S. President Donald Trump had raised the possibility of transferring technology and a license to Ukraine for the production of missiles for the Patriot air defense system.

He made this statement during a joint press conference with the President of Ukraine on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara.

In recent months, Russia has intensified its airstrikes on Ukraine using ballistic and hypersonic missiles.

Currently, Patriot systems equipped with PAC-3 missiles are capable of intercepting such types of missiles.
