2 US-Led Military drills kKick off in Indo-Pacific
In the U.S. territory of Guam, the U.S., Australia, and Japan are carrying out an air force exercise as another counterweight to Beijing’s assertiveness in the region.
On top of that drill, anti-missile training is happening near the Korean Peninsula. The U.S., South Korea and Japan joined the exercise. It’s being considered a response to North Korea’s ballistic missile tests in recent days.
