Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Friday discussed peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia over phone, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.
Fidan emphasized the importance of signing a peace agreement as soon as possible, the sources added.
